Aircraft Computer Systems

Product Code: ACS

Designed to minimize downtime while reducing weight, interconnects, volume, logistics and maintenance costs, the Curtiss-Wright Controls Integrated Sensing (CWCIS) Aircraft Computer Systems (ACS) are versatile, reliable and highly responsive.

The ACS is a flexible and configurable microprocessor-based unit that can monitors and/or control various aircraft systems, including landing gear, flaps, flight control trim, environmental controls, electrical power bus control, fuel system control, engine start/shutdown and interior/exterior lighting. Because it interfaces with aircraft avionics systems and pilot interfaces through flat panel displays, the ACS processor is a critically important component for the next generation of ultra-modern personal jets.

Selecting the best ACS is critical to the performance and control of electrical power, ice protection, fuel systems, lighting, landing gear, brakes, flaps and many other crucial system controls. Choosing the Curtiss-Wright ACS means you’ll never have to second-guess your system controls, whether on the ground or in the air. Our multifunctional LRU combines many aircraft functions into one controller. We can also include a board-level control function, such as a FADEC, inside the ACS enclosure to further reduce the LRU count.
